I forgot something important. And I saw something I can't unsee.

As for the latter... that is more difficult. If it really becomes too much, though, I can help with that a little.

That's quite the blessing. Have you used it much?

Almost never on anyone else unless it could save their life.

I don't even let other people know because I don't want them afraid I'm tampering with their memories. You can tell when I have versus when I don't unless I'm with you every day at least for a period of time... but that's not very comforting for anyone.

'Complicated' is a good way to put it... But, if it were to make your situation that much better, it's okay because the benefit outweighs the risk.

I just... don't want you afraid of me or losing trust. ... Still, for you, I'd do it even if those things were to happen so long as it really could help. My support in any way is available for whatever and whenever you need or want.
