Well. Someone suggested I budget the things that weigh me down. I'm going to try it, but I don't think it's that easy.

[ oh wait, this boat is full of unwanted advice from people that have no actual life experience or relevance to be giving it, he almost forgot. He gets they mean well (Sam does, anyway, ??? isn't so convinced, but they say least can agree on that assumption when it's towards someone else like Jewel.) ] It's not bad advice textbook style, but it's not good, either, if you don't have the support resources. And last I checked there's only one licensed therapist on this boat that could be that support, and I know you aren't seeing them. You need to develop coping strategies, it doesn't just~ happen~ because you and everyone else wants it to.

No one's perfect. You'll be happier in the long run always pushing yourself to do and be better, so good for you for taking the first steps.

Is that what you constitute as difficult? You really love these negative words about yourself, but you're a pretty confident and charismatic person on the surface from what I remember.

I guess my question is do you really want to spill your guts and just can't bring yourself to, or are you just hoping you sound more engaged by pretending to be open to sharing? There's no right answer, I'm just curious what version we're playing.
