... it's fine, there's no one on this ship that could.
I'm sure you found plenty of articles saying I'm dead due to being shot by my older sister. I didn't have memories of it, it's just what I've been told.
So either this is my memory of that incident or the Ticketmaster is really really good at playing mind games by fabricating fakes somehow.
...Yeah. [ which is probably a big reason why he's so untrusting of literally everyone even when they're kind—or, rather, even more untrusting when they're kind. ]
I confronted her and she backed down. She was crying and apologizing and afraid, and I was so unnerved that I didn't check what she did with the gun she had been pointing originally.
I let her lead me off to her room and didn't pay attention to where she was as we discussed her going to get help because she had shot one of our bodyguards.
Not... entirely sure. The only people in the memory were one of our bodyguards that was injured, the private family doctor I called to tend to him, and the two of us.
Such as, whoever let her have a gun, whether deliberately or accidentally. The body guard who clearly failed at their job. The guardians who presumably had some influence over her care. The friend who could have handled things differently. And, of course, Vera herself.
[ Sam shifts in his sitting position as he listens carefully before nodding slowly. He does hear and acknowledge on some level what Booker is saying makes sense, but it's extremely hard to suppress the insane survivor's guilt. ]

Was definitely mine unlike the ones we've seen as prizes for winning performances.

[ Shifts uncomfortably. ] she... gave everyone who has amnesia one...?

Re: [Day 15 Morningish]
Did you learn anything new?
Re: [Day 15 Morningish]
...I was too trusting. If I had been more suspicious and thorough, it might have all been avoided.
Re: [Day 15 Morningish]
Re: [Day 15 Morningish]
If the memory is correct, anyway.
Re: [Day 15 Morningish]
Re: [Day 15 Morningish]
Either way, it was a mistake. It's just lucky no one else was killed.
Re: [Day 15 Morningish]
You realize that, right?

Re: [Day 15 Morningish]
She killed herself because after she shot me she really did come out of her episode. At least, that's what the screams in the memory say.
Re: [Day 15 Morningish]
Who else could have prevented it?
