Yeah, it is pretty self-expanatory once you context it alongside a hitman. So when I said something even Gray couldn't help you with, let's say you killed someone. Accident or on purpose, whatever. I'm sure Gray could cover up for you, lie to everyone and their mother including the media and the lawyers, and help you hide the body; but he can't make it like it never happened. Someone still got murdered.
Fixers make "all your problems go away." They don't kill, they don't cover up, they don't help hide, they just erase. Every single piece of your problem, every trace, every potential loose end. Doesn't matter what has to be done, who has to be erased, or whether it was "part of the contract," it will be done.
