[ Sam actually doesn't believe a single thing Jewel said at all, and he can only keep his cool for so long while feeling like he's being placated with lies right to his face when he doesn't feel they are necessary. so he's grateful the other takes the hint that he has no further interest in this interaction now that Jewel has made his choice.
he'll wait until Jewel leaves before finally lying back on the seats and pulling up the blankets with a slow exhale.
How disgustingly embarrassing. maybe he'll apologize for being too forward tomorrow one more time. or maybe he'll just pretend it never happened. Either way, he will definitely not make this mistake again. Bad ideas are always bad ideas. ]
Re: Evening 212
Hm. I guess I could be mistaking you for someone else, but if that's the case... I guess I found someone new I'd like to know better.
Re: Evening 212
[Sits up enough to give him another kiss on the cheek before moving to slide off the chairs, buttoning his shirt back up]
Re: Evening 212
[ that's that then. Sam leans back and stretches going to grab his shirt and put it back on over his head. ]
Have somewhere to be?
Re: Evening 212
[Reaches out with both hands to fix Sam's hoodie-ruffled hair]
Are you going to sleep tonight?
Re: Evening 212
[ pushes his hands away gently. ]
Hm? Yeah.

Re: Evening 212

Re: Evening 212
Re: Evening 212
[ a pause. ]
Actually, yeah. But I'll get over it. Either way, I apologize.
Re: Evening 212
Why are you mad?
Re: Evening 212
Because I was looking forward to your company, and you didn't tell me you had to go before when I asked for it.
