[ Sam lingers a little longer at Jewel's mouth before he slides his hand into the other's hair. Gently pulls enough to coax his head back now so that he can nip at the soft skin at the junction of Jewel's throat and jaw followed by his tongue to soothe the skin. He'll continue to kiss, lick, and nip at his neck, but he'll refrain from leaving any lasting marks. he assumes the other doesn't want to leave a mess. ]
